#BodyByCookie is proud to announce the first ever FULL BODY program designed to help you toning and defining your muscles. It is a 7 week program mapped out with training 5 days a week with workouts designed to push.
This program includes a meal guide with suggested meals to eat, a workout guide mapping you through your workout routine and demonstration videos to help ensure your form is on point to receive the best results possible!
This challenge does require gym access along with a pair (5 lbs each) of 5lbs ankle weights, and a big loop and small loop resistance band (you can fid these on Amazon or at your local sporting goods store).
