I'm Kathy, a student at ASU studying community health. For twelve years I was a competitive swimmer. During that time, I was in amazing shape but had no discipline; my workouts were given to me, I was being held accountable by my coaches and parents, and I ate whatever I wanted when I wanted. After retirement of my beloved sport, my weight started to quickly increase. After realizing my issue, I joined Medifast and lost 30lbs of fat AND muscle. Once I got to college, I was at the weight I wanted without the body I desired. I found Ca'Shawn through a friend and my fitness journey began! Ca'Shawn not only became my trainer, but my educator. She taught me workouts and usable skills in order to concur my fear of the gym. Since she has moved to LA, I have tried to continue my fitness journey but I still have more to learn! I'm so excited to be an ambassador and cannot wait to be fit again!

I'm a 21 Year Old, Uni Grad! I was bullied in my early years of secondary school about my weight. I was known as a 'chubby' or 'big-boned' girl and was often laughed at. At a young age that left me with no self-confidence, no self-esteem and no love for myself. I began to compare myself to the 'slimmer girls' and wanted to be like that. So I tried to starve myself, which only left me with low iron, tiredness and more anger towards myself. I tried to lose weight and it never worked. So when I began University in first year. I vowed to myself, that I won't be broken like this, I will love myself, I will love my body and who I am. It was HARD to get too but I did it. I committed to that vow and I've never looked back. Fitness is now my life. I got gym 4-5 times a week, I know what foods work for my body, I'm slimmer, fitter, healthy and happy and each day I'm continuously working towards the most greatest self I can ever be!

Hello, I'm Reighan (Ray-gan, like Ronald Reagan). I am a 20 year old currently entering my junior year of college at Syracuse University. Prior to college I would have consider myself to be in pretty good shape. However once I attended college I fell victim to the freshman 15, and my bad eating habits only led me to gain even more weight. After feeling very uncomfortable in my own body for almost a year I decided I needed to regain control of my own health and rebuild my self confidence. My path to living a healthier and more confident lifestyle has come with it's ups and downs, but I am more than ready to make a significant change. Being chosen to be a #BodyByCookie ambassador is a blessing and a honor. I hope to inspire those who may be in the same predicament as me.

My name is Shayna. I am from Long Island, New York and I am 25 years old. Growing up I've always been tall and slim. That was the norm for me. I got into an emotionally draining relationship back in 2013. My 3 years in that relationship stressed me out which made me skinnier than usual (I looked sick). I was depressed, had low self esteem, and was extremely body conscious. I was cheated on within the 3 years in that relationship. The girls that he cheated on me with were all thick, with big butts; which caused me to think something was wrong with me. I finally left him and started trying to gain my sense of self back. I started making friends, going out, partying and drinking. I got a new job and hunny, I was missing no meals! Well you can say i may have gotten carried away. Within a year i put on some unexpected weight. I gained a little over 30 pounds. Again, I'm not happy with my weight. My family isn't very supportive of my rapid weight gain either. It is difficult to break out of bad habits, and it doesn't help when family and friends think you "lost it", or "let yourself go". The negative comments and lack of belief from those you love can be very discouraging. But i stick to what i believe! Even if i may get off track. I know I am unhappy with the size I am now. Even with all the negative feedback there are a few people who do encourage and motivate me to proceed on making a change. Not because of what others say, but because of the outcome i want for myself. I am a beginner at this whole fitness lifestyle. It is definitely challenging and I am learning a lot along the way. I have no clue what I am doing. But I am not afraid to ask questions and receive advise and support from others who are on the same journey as I am. I still have food cravings and I get lazy some days and don't feel like working out. I'm sure we all go through it. But girls i'm not giving up until I have a nice, toned, cut body, along with a big ol' butt to go with it. :-) I am extremely excited to start this journey, with the correct guidance. I'm also glad to have a team to support me and experience the journey with. Don't worry ladies. WE WILL BE SNATCHED IN NO TIME!!! I'm ready to show and prove.

My name is Timeka White and I am a 30 year old mother of 3 girls. I began my fitness journey almost 4 years ago when I realized that "young body" was growing older. (Lol) Having 3 children within 1 and 2 years apart my body made some major changes I wasn't ok with. I was ashamed and knew I had to make changes to gain my confidence back. I fell so in love with the process of nutrition & exercise that I pursued a career in personal training. I gained a 6 pack after 3 kids and never felt better mentally and physically. I want to be a window of light for other mothers to know it's possible to regain herself back!
My name is Ellissa but you can call me E for short! I am living in Seattle, born & raised here with two brothers. I come from a childhood of soccer and ballet then cheerleading and rowing in high school. I haven’t done organized sports since 2012 but I still consider myself an athlete. As long as you have a body; to me you’re an athlete. Ive been eating a pescatarian diet for the past three and a half years and loving it! I have a strong passion for traveling and new experiences. Currently I’m pursuing a Personal Training Certification from NSCF while a cocoon stage of my life where growth is around every corner. The most important thing for us to all keep in the forefront of our minds is to always stay positive and find positivity in everything so that we can be positivity for ourselves and others, the more of that we put out in the world the more there will be for everyone in every way.
Hey guys, my name is Miracle. I am a senior in college majoring in Exercise Science. I started running track for the University of West Alabama my sophomore year and I felt like I was in the best shape I'd ever been in. I was on a consistent workout plan however it wasn't tailored for me & my goals. The workout plan was created for the whole team and based off of the needs for my sporting events. I was in the gym 3 days a week putting in work with my team but I was not happy or satisfied with my gains. I was doing more cardio than heavy lifting so I wasn't able to really tone up the way I wanted to. Also my diet was horrible because I ate whatever I wanted when I wanted and depended on my fast metabolism to maintain my shape.
I am a petite girl, naturally small and have been called "skinny" my whole life. I have been a consistent 110-115 lbs since high school and struggle gaining weight the healthy way. I have always had an ideal body goal that I wanted to achieve but i have been told it couldn't be done in the gym. People have always told me working out would make me bulky and manly looking and if I wanted to make a difference in my size I needed to eat more and "put some meat on my bones".
I started back working out about 3 months ago and it has been very difficult staying consistent. Since I am no longer running track I now have to motivate myself to workout. I always push myself but I often lose my motivation when things get really repetitive and when I don't see the progress right away. I work better when I have a consistent plan which is why I am really excited to be apart of this program.
I have always wanted to be a Strength and Conditioning coach and also be a certified personal trainer. I hope that being a #BodyByCookie ambassador will help me increase my knowledge. I am also excited that it gives me a consistent plan to look forward to.
I really want to tone up and be healthy and fit. I just wanted to make positive choices for my life, have fun, and get fine along the way. I hope along the way that my story will motivate other petite girls that they can also change their body's the natural way. I absolutely love working out and am so excited and honored for this opportunity!

Hello queens! I am JeMesia, but you all can call me Mesie. I am a 22 year old nursing student. Throughout my childhood and through my teen years, I was very active. I've played softball, volleyball, been a cheerleader, was a dance girl for my high school, and I took my first dance lessons at the age of 4. I've always danced outside of playing sports and I'm skilled in ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop dance styles. I have been active for most of my life. Once I got to college, I began to slack a little and then it turned into me being inactive altogether for the most part. I started college weighing 98 lbs. I'm 5'1, so I'm really petite. I am currently 120 lbs. With the weight gain in conjunction with being inactive, I have weight in areas that I don't necessarily want it to be. I have a love hate relationship with it, because I've always wanted to gain weight and couldn't! Now my goal is to sculpt my body the way that I want it to be and maybe even gain a few more pounds. I definitely need some booty gains, a slimmer waist, and to make healthier food choices. A couple of months ago, I decided that I was going to have to start to make a change when it comes to my lifestyle if I want to see the results that I'm looking for. I discovered Cookie's IG at the end of last year and seeing her transformation has definitely been inspiring to me. I'm so honored to be a #BodyByCookie Ambassador and I'm ready to fully commit to me and my health in every way possible! I'm so excited about the journey, but more so excited about the results and the way that I'll feel every single day knowing that I'm accomplishing something with JUST me in mind.

My name is Taylor, a media host, and student residing in the Los Angeles area. What most people do not know about me is most of my life I played sports and was always physically active. I played soccer, softball, volleyball, cheerleader, and was dancer. Oddly in the early part of my high school career I gained a lot of weight putting me at 200 pounds. By my senior year I decided enough was enough. I changed my eating, worked extra hard in softball and by the summer of my freshman year of college i lost 45 pounds. I was able to keep the weight off for 3 years getting down to my lowest weight ending at 145. Life was good at that point. I had no distractions. I was doing everything that I loved and was completely at peace until life hit me in 2016 and I put on all the weight I had fought to lose. Food became my friend in that time of depression, and now I am at the point where I want to reclaim my body and feel great again. I no longer want to cling to the story of what happened but rather where I am going and who I’ve become. I want others to know that just because you had a minor setback, that does not have to be the outcome of your life and the end of your story. It’s possible to gain YOU back.
