Vol. 2 - Cookie's 7 Week Booty Program
After Vol.1 of "Cookie's 7 Week Booty Challenge" being the BIGGEST challenge of the year for #BodyByCookie we are back with Vol.2 with new workouts, more difficult circuits and more massive gains.
We will need:
1) Access to the gym *REQUIRED!*
2) Med/Heavy resistance bands
3) a pair of 10 lbs ankle weights
4) dedication & consistency !
This challenge will push you in a way you've never been pushed before but I mean they don't call Cookie "The Booty Doctor" for no reason *winks*

• Vol. 2 takes things a step further by piggy backing off of Vol. 1 and introducing some new workouts while still helping you get adjusted to this new way of lifting (because by the time you hit Vol. 2 you’ll be excited but you’ll hate me from the pain lol)
There is a strict meal plan to follow (you get the workout guide in an instant download & the meal plan once you gain access to your account and login - the demonstration videos will be located there as well) and a strict workout regimen to follow!
