Vol. 4 - Cookie's 7 Week Booty Program
This challenge is intended to help you build your glutes and hip flexors for a natural hour glass shape.

This 7 week guide is intended to help you gain knowledge on glute activaton, glute building, "hip" building and more. The Booty Doctor herself, Ca'Shawn "Cookie" Sims, went from 98 lbs to 130 lbs naturally through nutrition and fitness. She's also globally publishes in "Women's Healthy Magazine" for building an amazing natural ass - literally. There is a meal guide with highly suggested foods, snacks and drinks to help make the next 7 weeks a smooth transition for you as you train harder than you ever have before. Please pay close attention to the demonstration videos as they will inform you on when you activate your glutes vs. squeezing your glutes and these two concepts are very different and very important.

If you're pairing this program with another non-booty based program then you will do the workouts from the other program on Tuesday's, Thursday's and Saturday's as Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's are leg/booty days!

You don’t need to be an extreme fitness freak to follow this program (though some of the exercises will be intended to really push you ) but you promise to dedicate yourself dedication, be committed, open to learning to science behind booty growth and give 100% of yourself these next 7 weeks to build a new lifestyle.
If you follow the guided directly you WILL see results because these workouts have been tried and tested out before the program was created.
• Vol. 4 (my favorite so far) combines all 3 of the previous methods together into one intense booty and leg growth program. With a bunch of glute activation exercises - you’ll not only leave the program with a fatter ass, and hips but you’ll feel strong as the exercises in this program are meant to bring out the athlete in you as well because who wants all these muscles that can’t do anything? You will be tried. You will be tested. But you’ll come out such a great beautiful being inside and out training with #BodyByCookie
*NOTE: A sweat band (NOT A WAIST TRAINER - I highly do NOT recommend waist trainers as they are bad for your organs) is not required but I do highly suggest that you wear one during every workout to achieve the best results for your waist during this challenge. I personally get mine from
Kmart for under $14 (brand Weiner - get the pulse size because the band is taller).
