NOTE: Access to the gym *REQUIRED!* as well as ankle weights and small loop resistance bands are needed for this program.
This 7 week guide is intended to help you build knowledge on building your glutes, glute activation and how to utilize the gym as well as nutrition to create a slim thick look. The Booty Doctor herself, Ca'Shawn "Cookie" Sims, went from 98 lbs to 130 lbs naturally through nutrition and fitness. She's also globally published in "Women's Healthy Magazine" for building an amazing natural ass - literally. There is a strict meal (meat & pescatarian options) including foods, snacks and drinks to help make the next 7 weeks a smooth transition for you as you train harder than you ever have before. Please pay close attention to the demonstration videos as they will inform you on when you activate your glutes vs. squeezing your glutes and these two concepts are very different and very important. As well as a break down on which exercises target what to help you understand why the exercises you're doing are important on this journey.
If you're familiar with intense booty building training then you can begin at Vol.5 if you are not then I would suggest starting a few Volumes back to help with a better understanding before just hopping into Vol.5
