8 Week Slim Waist With A Fat Ass Program
Here we are putting the motto to use! This program is intended on helping you grow out your hips and glute muscles while also focusing on slimming your waist to help you get a step closer to the natural hour glass look.
This program is broken down into 4 different stages - every 2 weeks you'll have a new workout regimen as well as new nutrition tips. You will come out of this program stronger, more knowledgable about booty growth and waist slimming exercises as well and stronger both mentally and physically.
This program is gym based requiring the use of cable machines, leg press, and free weights as well as access to resistance bands (small loop - which can be found at your local sporting goods store) with the duration of the workouts being about an hour to hour and a half
