VOL. 6 - COOKIE'S 7 WEEK BOOTY BUILDING PROGRAM
The time is finally here to register for Vol. 6!!!
I know it has been a while since the drop of Vol. 5 but this program will so be worth the "weight" lol.
You will have weekly suggested meal guides, workout breakdown including your warm-up, stretches and rep breakdown, as well as demonstration videos with verbal instructions to help make sure you are performing every exercise correctly.
There will be 4 phases for this program as each phases progressively gets harder for the best results.
The program kicks off FEB. 15th!!!!!
You will need access to a gym, resistance bands and ankle weights!
